1992 Products from the SYNTILOR Aquarethane range are awarded NF Environment.

 

1995 Blanchon creates the first French 2-component water-based wood floor lacquer: odourless and with an extreme resistance to high traffic

 

1997 Paint for iron, water-based anti-rust paint !

 

1998 the excellent quality of the « Microporeuse Aquarethane » woodstain is officially awarded by the CTBA (MQ 177) (French organism similar to Trada in the UK)

 

2000 Since 2000, Syntilor commits itself to guarantee 10-year-lifetime wood floor lacquers to its customers.

 

2004 SD Aqua, high performance wood floor lacquer: 2 coats on bare wood, no primer required.

 

Blanchon has been on the market ever since with over 7000 references.

We are still innovating to make advances in protecting wood, as well as other materials (such as metals, cement, and plastic floors) while respecting people and the environment: clean factories, solvent-free varnishes, water-based products, etc.

 

Ecological issues are a real priority fro Blanchon as is clear from the numerous certifications the company has obtained since 1988.

We aim to take this commitment further and to consolidate our position as a pioneer and technical leader in this field.
